Why we came

Grief changed what I wanted.
Italy is what we did about it.

I'm Nattiel. I lost people I loved and a version of the life I expected, and I am not going to lay all of that out on a homepage. What it left me with was clarity. We were working, coming home, and doing it again, most of the money going to health insurance and childcare, and lonely the whole way through. So we sold the business, bought ourselves the freedom to go, and started over in Tuscany.

What I share

Five field notes

The Deal Gone Wrong

A farmhouse, three weeks, and a hidden zoning problem.

We found it, moved in, and lost it: an illegal pool and a hydrogeological constraint a surveyor caught after the fact. It's the story that anchors everything here, and why people trust me on Italian property.

Fontaine Consulting

I also build the backend brands run on.

When I'm not documenting the slow life in Tuscany, I build the strategy, systems, and Claude-powered automation that let service brands grow without burning out. Same person, different hat.
